Building trade fair in Paris

Batimat, the international building trade fair, will be open for business at the Porte de Versailles exhibition site in Paris between 7 and 12 November. Already more than 1 420 exhibitors have made bookings for this 25th event. Around 30 per cent of the space has been reserved by foreign firms. At the last event in 2003 there were 2 664 exhibitors displaying their products and services, 1 037 of them from abroad. The visitor attendance figure was 475 327, with 17 per cent of the total from abroad.
