Branch in China

Messe Essen (Germany) is to hold the IPM China – International Plants Expo for the first time this year. The new show will take place from 1 to 3 December 2005 in Foshan. In addition to European exhibitors from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Denmark, suppliers from the USA and Canada are planning to attend, along with companies from China, Taiwan and Japan, according to the organiser. Egon Galinnis, managing director of Messe Essen, has spoken of a “positive response.” The IPM is working on further internationalisation and offers “companies in the ‘green’ sector entry to a huge future market.”
Messe Essen’s cooperative partner in China is the publisher and exhibition organiser China Flower & Gardening News (as reported by DIYglobal). The two partners want to make IPM China the most important ordering fair in Asia.
