Norgros takeover nearly complete

On 15 June Rautakesko came to an agreement with the 16 owners of the Norwegian company Norgros AS to acquire 79.54 per cent of their shares at a maximum cost of NOK 773 (€ 99.3 mio). Rautakesko plans to purchase the remaining shares on 27 June. The transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian competition authorities.
