Einhell: Appreciable sales increase

The German Einhell group of Landau/Isar has announced a 19.3 per cent increase in sales over the 2003 business year for a total of € 343.8 mio. The increase for Germany is put at 14.8 per cent, resulting in a figure of € 175.8 mio. Sales growth of 53 per cent and a figure of € 108.6 mio were achieved in the European Union. The group's international content rose by two points to 48.9 per cent. The profit for the year increased by 37.5 per cent to € 12.1 mio. The volume of capital spending was raised by 146.2 per cent to € 9.6 mio.
