Further centralisation

In the next few months Home Depot will centralise its three regional DIY store divisions for the north, south and west of the USA in the company’s headquarters in Atlanta. The company is looking thereby to increase efficiency, rationalise communications, standardise the appearance of the stores and make the shopping experience better for customers. Home Depot concentrated the activities of the regional procurement divisions in Atlanta some time ago.
