Expansion and growth targets

Baumax is aiming to increase its gross sales by 7.3 per cent to € 1.066 bn this year. In Austria the market leader is targeting an increase of 7 per cent to € 560 mio gross, while in the countries on which expansion activity is focused the increase is expected to be 8 per cent to € 510 mio. Six new stores are scheduled to open: one in Austria, two in the Czech Republic (Tabor, Znaim) and one each in Slovakia (Poprad), Hungary (Pecs) and Slovenia (Nova Gorica).
