EPLF members achieve sales of 417 mio m² of laminate flooring worldwide

The 22 members of the EPLF (European Producers of Laminate Flooring) increased their production volume by eight per cent in 2004 and achieved sales of 417 mio m² worldwide. The EPLF member companies recorded sales growth of 10 per cent to 252 mio m² in Western Europe, which is traditionally their strongest market. The overall picture presented by the laminate flooring manufacturers forming the EPLF is once again positive for the year 2004. The organisation considers that the basis for this success is “strong quality management, skilful marketing, and the correct approach to international markets”.
