I&M-Interbaustoff in Romania

The building materials retailer Beinbrech, a member of the German I&M-Interbaustoff cooperative, is planning a building centre in Romania with the paint manufacturer Meffert AG of Bad Kreuznach (Germany). Around 1,500 m2 of the developed site covering around 8,000 m2 is envisaged as a DIY store retail area. The store in the capital Bucharest is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2004. Meffert is already represented in Romania through its subsidiary Dufa Romania.
