Shifting relative positions

Leroy Merlin’s acquisition of Obi France, in addition to Aki in Portugal and Spain, has resulted in a certain shifting of relative positions in the international DIY retail scene. Based on number of outlets, Leroy Merlin with its total of 244 has overtaken Castorama – though only if just the stores actually operated by Castorama (233 in total) are included and B&Q remains excluded.
