Change from partner to subsidiary

Bona-Kemi, the supplier of parquet flooring from Malmö, Sweden, has taken over its long-standing sales partner in the Netherlands, Certus and Houtstruycken of Haarlem, with effect from 1 January 2003. Executive director of the new Bona subsidiary headquartered in Haarlem is Hugo Bos, who also functions as managing director responsible for the Benelux states. The parent company sees potential for growth in both the professional and DIY segments of the parquet market in the Netherlands.
