Electronic bridges for European master data

EAN organisations from twelve European countries are aiming to develop a Europe-wide master data service under the name e-Rialto. Following the completion of a feasibility study, they will decide by the end of December 2002 on the establishment of a joint company. SINFOS, the master data pool of the German Centrale für Coorganisation, has been chosen as the technical platform for this initiative. It is anticipated that e-Rialto will be expanded from a European to a global master data portal in the long term. The following organisations participated in the feasibility study:
