Cooperation in the timber trade

Starting in the year 2003, the Kesko subsidiary Rautakesko will be working together with Puukeskus Oy in purchasing timber and derived timber products in the wholesale sector. It is claimed that the latter company is the biggest Finnish timber merchant supplying the building industry. A figure of € 260 mio is put on its net turnover for 2001.
