The company from Fuldabrück also offers a broad palette of products for the growing wellness trend: in the personal hygiene sector the choice consists of a variety of bath additives, shower gels, creams and lotions. One part of the product palette is made up of massage accessories such as peeling brushes and sponges, massage mice, and sisal gloves and belts. A selection of sauna accessories such as infusions, timers, water tubs, hygrometers and sauna kilts completes this range. At the beginning of the sauna season the company also offers sauna accessories as professional and starter kits.
Available for displaying the articles for sale is a shop-within-the-shop system, which can be adapted to suit the existing conditions at the POS.
The company is represented in twelve countries throughout Europe. Partners in all these countries are supported by its own sales staff or by representatives.
Tensio is designed to appeal to sophisticated customers.
Sanwood was founded by Wilfried Jehser in 1977, who began with five employees in small rented premises. The breakthrough in the marketing of Sanwood’s products came in the year 1991. By the early nineties the company had outgrown the orientation phase and occupied a clearly demarcated market segment in the DIY store sector. In this area the company regards itself as one of Germany’s leading suppliers of bathroom accessories. Its target is to achieve the same position throughout Europe.
