Stark Group is a Danish retailer and distributor of building materials.

Stark Group, a Danish retailer and distributor of building materials, has acquired two more Swedish builders' merchant chains. The takeover has taken place through Stark's Swedish business unit Beijer Byggmaterial. It concerns PoG Woody Bygghandel with six branches including a distribution centre in Southern Sweden and Karl Ekesiöö Bygghandel with two branches in the metro-area of Stockholm (where Beijer acquired Bygg-Ole earlier this year). Their combined annual revenue is approximately EUR 60 mio.
