The 8th Global DIY Summit has been postponed

The 8th Global DIY Summit has been postponed and, due to the Corona pandemic, will be moved to a later date. This has been announced by the event organisers, the industry associations Edra/Ghin and Hima. Originally, the global DIY and garden industry congress should have taken place from 10 to 12 June 2020 in Amsterdam. The organisers want to announce a new date in the coming weeks. Purchased tickets and completed sponsoring contracts remain valid. With this cancellation, the organisers, in agreement with the health authorities, do not wish to endanger the health and safety of participants. In addition, according to a statement, the large majority of participants are affected by travel restrictions and would not have been able to attend.

The statements from the association presidents Sergio Giroldi (Edra/Ghin) and Reinhard Wolff (Hima) as well as from the chairmen John W. Herbert and Ralf Rahmede and from general manager Iñaki Maillard have been made available here to download.
