Because suppliers from the DIY and garden market have an increased need to communicate on account of the coronavirus crisis, the trade magazine DIY International is offering them a special forum for this. The forthcoming issue 2-3/2020 will feature special pages so that companies can show their products and concepts important to the retail trade now in PR advertisements. The campaign is entitled: "#stayathome - concepts for special times".
The background to this are the changes in consumer habits that are beginning to materialise and have already been observed. Since travel, among other things, will only be possible to a limited extent for the foreseeable future, many people are now investing more in projects in the home and garden.
On the other hand, manufacturers must overcome major challenges. Trade shows have been cancelled or postponed, for instance, supply chains must be reorganised and field sales teams are having to contend with tougher market conditions.
As well as DIY International, the publisher's special offer also relates to the German trade magazine diy.
