Kingfisher is testing a new proximity and small format concept in France. In the city of Lille in northern France, the British retail group's French subsidiary Castorama opened a 380 m² store under the Casto brand at the start of December 2020. This was reported by retail expert Olivier Dauvers after the Zepros industry service announced the opening. According to the report, the range comprises just 4 200 SKUs, with a large proportion of private label products.
