Tuin-Wereld (Garden World) is the name of a new chain of garden centres in the Netherlands, which has its headquarters in Oud-Beijerland. It was set up in October by six former members of Europatuin, who together operate eight garden centre outlets. Europatuin, which had a total of 47 affiliated outlets, declared a state of insolvency in early September. Since then, Ed Maas has acquired both the name and two Europatuin garden centres from the insolvency estate. Ten stores belong to the new group in the meanwhile. Another 15 former Europatuin outlets have joined the Life & Garden franchise organisation.
