Dutch DIY market shows significant growth

The Dutch DIY market grew by 3.3 per cent in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the same period last year. This is according to the NIQ GfK DIY Recap (based on the GfK Total Store Report), as reported by the trade journal Mix Vakblad. Only one product category failed to match the previous year’s level: the garden range was 0.1 per cent lower.
