Visitors from 75 countries

Around 35 000 visitors attended the second Practical World Asia in Shanghai in search of information. The 4 200 international visitors came from 75 countries. The organisers, Koelnmesse and the China Hardware Association (CNHA), put the number of exhibiting companies at about 80; previously the talk was of more than 100 exhibitors. The international participation amounted to 92 per cent. For Oliver P. Kuhrt, director of the fair, the event was “a total success”. According to information in the report, the exhibitors rated the fair as very good to excellent without exception.
