Complete ranges plus service package
Max Hauri AG proposes to meet the altered demand for electrotechnical components with market-oriented services. The company offers customised packaging design, layout planning of store shelving, selection of the product mix, labelling and EAN coding, merchandising, promotional measures, ecological product realisation (in conformity with ISO 14001) as well as an individual delivery service and just-in-time delivery over and above the individually selected complete range of products.
If customers make from 80 to 90 per cent of their purchase decisions when actually standing in front of the racks it is all the more important that the company should offer a uniform, sales-enhancing packaging design. This should on the one hand convey the quality of the product through visual means of presentation, while on the other hand also including logistical features such as EAN coding, warehouse site indicator and product description.

Focus on the centre
The new “CenterPoint by MegaPro” is a spring tape measure for both trade and home use. It is practical to operate and effective in use, according to manufacturer Surber. The tape measure can be used when a central point is to be marked, e.g. in order to install a wall socket equidistant between two doors. The distance is first measured on the calibrated metre scale, then the same figure is read off the underside to determine the central point. The measuring tape is 2.40 m long and the scale has been patented.
