Only the non-domestic markets have ensured a notable increase in sales for the German DIY store operator Hornbach in the first quarter (March to May). On the home market, net sales grew by 0.8 per cent to EUR 814.9 mio. Due to the coronavirus regulations and lockdown in winter, like-for-like sales were only maintained with -0.1 per cent.
