France: garden centres with pet food may open

In France, garden centres which sell pet food are allowed to open. They are then also permitted to offer their entire assortment. This was already clarified by the government's interministerial crisis committee before Easter. However strict regulations apply. For example, the businesses are only allowed to open from Tuesday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and must limit the number of customers according to the retail space.
