The Italian manufacturers’ association Made4DIY will be hosting its Brico Night next year as part of the International Hardware Fair Italy. This networking event for the Italian home improvement sector has been held in Milan since 2019 as part of the Buyer Point trade event. In future, a matchmaking area modelled on Buyer Point will be integrated into the Bergamo Hardware Fair in odd-numbered years, whilst in even-numbered years it will continue to take place as a standalone event.

The International Hardware Fair Italy – which will also continue to be organised biennially by the German trade fair organiser Koelnmesse – will retain its established elements within its supporting programme. For instance, there will continue to be an accompanying trade conference. This will be curated by the Italian journalist Giulia Arrigoni, editor of the industry service diyandgarden.com and author of DIY International. In addition, the Italian hardware trade association Assofermet will once again present its ‘Product of the Year’ industry award in the three categories of Innovation, Design and Gardening.

The next International Hardware Fair Italy will take place on 5 and 6 May 2027 in Bergamo.
