Ingo Leiner, member of the board of German DIY store operator Hornbach responsible for logistics, is leaving the company at the end of February 2026. He has asked the supervisory board of Hornbach Baumarkt AG to terminate his position early, the company announced. His original appointment as a member of the board of directors would have run until the end of February 2027.
Supervisory Board Chairman Albrecht Hornbach commented: “We regret this development. Ingo Leiner has contributed significantly to the success of our company in recent years.” Ingo Leiner has worked for the company for more than 30 years, including 13 years on the board of directors.
