The American export organisation, Worldwide DIY Council, has elected a new management team

During its conference in Santiago, Chile, at the beginning of December the North American export organisation, Worldwide DIY Council, elected a new management team. The new chairman is Jim Ness, vice president of Meter-Man, and the position of vice president is now held by Ken Wallace, sales director for Latin America at Fluidmaster. The directorships are held by Jack Miles, director consumer products at Columbus MacKinnon, and Joe Mannion, president of Eurolink.
A table-top show was staged during the meeting. This gave members the possibility to introduce their products to visitors from all over Chile, including representatives of the three biggest buying groups in the country.
