Wolf-Garten sold

The Wolf family have sold all their shares in Wolf-Garten of Betzdorf, Germany, to the Wolf-Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, a holding company. The operational running of the company is to remain in the hands of Gregor C. Wolf. It is hoped that this change of shareholders will provide the necessary capital funding for improving the company’s position in the industry, where further consolidation moves are expected.
