The Hong Kong International Hardware & Home Improvement Fair introduced the new categories of garden and sanitary
The Hong Kong International Hardware & Home Improvement Fair was held from 27 to 30 October and included a total of 137 exhibitors. The number of trade visitors remained constant at approx. 15 000 (+1.7 per cent); 8 299 of them came from abroad. New introductions to the fair were two additional sections, Outdoor and Gardening World and Sanitary World.
The Hong Kong International Lighting Fair that was staged in tandem attracted 895 registered exhibitors from 24 countries. The overall attendance figure amounted to 21 949 visitors, which indicates an increase of 17.8 per cent over the previous year. International trade visitors arriving from abroad numbered 12 458 (+ 18 per cent).
