Leadership changeover

Yesterday the board of directors elected Brent Hollister as the new president and chief executive officer of Sears Canada. He currently holds the position of president and chief operating officer. The existing contract with the outgoing chairman and chief executive officer, Mark A. Cohen, was terminated because of differences of opinion about the future orientation of the company.
