Baumax to develop customer loyalty with CRM

The Austrian retailers are introducing a new concept in order to make a combined approach to customers

Baumax is introducing a new system and software to create customer loyalty. The concept for their future CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is based on the “Preissäge” price-cutting customer card. It envisages linking the different possibilities for approaching customers, which include call centres, internet, central marketing and sales staff in the stores. Once the concept has been launched in Austria, it is also intended to use it in the east European countries where Baumax is actively involved.
