Obi has introduced its new customer experience concept to Austria for the first time. The roll-out begins with the completely renewed 11,354 m² Obi store in Graz, featuring a new layout and modern specialist departments.

One of the key features of the redesigned store is the building materials hall featuring Obi Pro for large-scale projects: finished in black and anthracite and equipped with a direct loading service, it serves as a one-stop shop for professional tradespeople and ambitious DIY enthusiasts alike. Alongside this, the store boasts a large, modern kitchen studio with a wide range of show kitchens, including project support. The store also aims to impress with a particularly extensive range of bicycles.
