Alpina takes over the distribution of Rust-Oleum's DIY business

The German paint brand Alpina is entering into a strategic distribution partnership with Rust-Oleum on 1 July 2024. Rust-Oleum is a leading international brand for problem-solving paints and sprays. The company was founded in the USA in 1921. As of this date, Alpina will be the sole distributor of the company's DIY division in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. For Alpina's parent company DAW SE, this means an expansion of its brand portfolio.

The co-operation includes the entire range developed for the consumer sector. In addition to the ranges already known and available in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg, further internationally very successful products will soon be available, the company announces.
