The Austrian 3e-AG takes positive stock of its new specialist retail channel

The Austrian 3e-AG has taken positive stock of the specialist retail channel it launched two years ago. In a market survey commissioned by the 3e Group, the channel got "very good" marks in terms of the range of goods and the service offered. In his analysis, the 3e Group's chairman, Dr Günther Pacher, claimed that "The Toolparks get good marks from customers particularly because of their depth of range, aggressive pricing and professional advisory service." And he also declared that the much improved marketing image has led to extremely positive feedback from market researchers. Which in turn finds expression in increased store traffic and higher sales figures. The sixth Toolpark will be inaugurated in May.
