Hagebau/Öbau goes for continuing training

Hagebau/Öbau Austria is launching an initiative for continuing the training of the workforce of 3 345 employed by the cooperative’s 39 member companies. The training programme is being put together jointly with GFO (Gesellschaft für Organisationsentwicklung) of Vienna. From spring 2005 there will also be a special academy for apprentices. This is designed to complement their twin-track training, obtained in the workplace and at a vocational school, with the intention of fostering the young adults’ personal development and offering them a platform for comparing notes.
