Rona has sold its stake in the Canadian trading company Matco-Ravary, which specialises in building and renovating materials and operates six outlets in the greater Montreal area. The investment company Wynnchurch has acquired the shares through a subsidiary company for the sum of Can $ 60 000 (€ 38 000).
