Strategic alliance

Three members of Öbau have set up a new strategic alliance called Öbau-Süd in Carinthia, Austria. Three members, Egger, Mössler and Gaggl, have decided they want to work together on a regional basis without actually merging. They cover the entire province of Carinthia between them. They are hoping for a strategic advantage from their alliance when liaising with industry. Altogether the three partners achieve sales of € 78 mio with a workforce of 250. They operate six builder centres, three of them with additional DIY store and garden centre and three with an affiliated DIY store.
