SBM also takes over Bayer production sites in the USA

One year after acquiring the Bayer Garten and Bayer Advanced Consumer businesses (in Europe and the USA), the French family-owned group SBM has taken over Bayer's production sites for small packages in Pasadena, Texas (USA).  This location is specialised in formulating, filling and packaging consumer products for the house and garden area. Both fluids as well as solid substances are processed there.
