There will also be a new special show in the trade fair segment garden care: in addition to the previously announced focus on soils, turf, fertilisers, substrate and plant maintenance, the IVG Power Place Green will be installed and will be played on by several exhibition returnees. This special show complements the bundled exhibition format which was introduced in 2017 with the IVG Power Place Akku and the Smart Gardening World. These two special exhibition areas have grown by 50 per cent compared to the previous year. In total, the Spoga+Gafa exhibition area has grown by 5 000 m² to 230 000 m². "Already 98 per cent of the area is fully booked," announced Hamma. More than 2 100 exhibitors from around 60 countries are expected.
In total Hamma drew a positive conclusion from the new changes which were introduced last year. "Something is happening at the Spoga+Gafa," she said. "The green industry has noticed. We have noticed."
