Menges moves from Gardena to the Swedish group headquarters

As from 1 February 2018, Sascha Menges, until now president of the Gardena division and location manager of Germany, will be moving to the Stockholm group headquarters and will manage the Husqvarna division from there. With annual sales in 2016 of around 18 billion Swedish krona (approx. 1.8 billion euros), the Husqvarna division is the largest business unit of the group, making around half of the corporation's sales.

His successor in Ulm at the head of the Gardena division and as head of the German locations will be Pär Åström, who, until now, was a member of the executive board of the Husqvarna Group for strategy and business development.
