The German building materials and DIY store cooperative Hagebau increased its group sales in the first six months of 2018 by 4.0 per cent compared with the previous year to EUR 3.14 bn. Projected gross sales of the Hagebau retail arm (389 Hagebaumarkt outlets in Germany and Austria as well as 113 Werkers Welt outlets) in the first six months of this year are put at EUR 1.50 bn, equivalent to growth of 1.6 per cent compared with the same period in 2017.
