Cesare Epinati new general director at Obi Italia

There's been a shake-up at the top of Obi Italia. The new general director is Cesare Epinati. Epinati has been with Obi since 2015 and has assumed responsibility for expansion in recent times. In July he succeeded Gabriel Ebhardt, who had been at the helm of the German DIY retailer's Italian operation since January 2019.
Luca Fanucchi becomes new head of purchasing at Obi Italia. Having already been with the company for a number of years, he has been in charge of category management since May 2019. The head office has confirmed reports by the Italian industry service "10 minutes DIY and garden" to this effect.
