Byggmax does not make any special discount offers on Black Friday, but wants to concentrate on sustainability.

The Swedish DIY store chain Byggmax will not be making any special discount offers on Black Friday, the globally proclaimed shopping event that takes place on Friday this week. Instead, the company says, it wants to concentrate on sustainability.

"Our business concept is based on offering the best possible price, every day of the week," says Sanna Westman, Marketing Manager at Byggmax.

Instead of special offers on Black Friday this year, Byggmax wants to draw customers' attention to the topic of floor care and give advice on this. "We want to remind each other of the value in taking care of our belongings," says Westman.
