Adeo sells professional specialist trade DomPro to Mirwault

The French trading group Adeo has sold the specialist trade chain DomPro to the Mirwault group. The sale, which as announced in the trade journal Le Moniteur in November 2020, was completed at the start of the year 2021. DomPro is a cooperative in the hardware and tool trade which currently oversees 115 locations in France and is targeted towards professional customers. The family-run group of companies Mirwault is active in this industry and others.
