French DIY trade in plus again in November

For the first time in six months, French DIY stores recorded positive growth rates again in November compared to the same period last year. Their sales grew by 2.87 per cent compared to November 2020, the industry association FMB announced with reference to the Banque de France. This results in a rise in sales of 13.93 per cent for the period from January to November.
Throughout the whole of the year 2021, sales lay significantly, mostly in double-digit percentages, above the level of two years before. In November, the increase amounted to 10 per cent compared to November 2019.
