Kesko up in third quarter

Despite a slight dip in September, Kesko's building and technical trade ended the third quarter with sales up by 1.4 per cent. In the three months under review, the division had sales totalling EUR 1.118 bn. The comparable change was 2.0 per cent.
The cumulative sales volume from January to September was EUR 3.151 bn, nominally 8.4 per cent down on the same period in the previous year. However, in comparable terms in local currencies it equates to an increase of 1.6 per cent.
