Brico Dépôt Spain and Portugal loses its boss

Albert Aranda, head ("director de operaciones") of Brico Dépôt Spain and Portugal, has left the company, according to the industry news service Ferretería y Bricolaje. The news of his departure emerged shortly after British parent company Kingfisher announced that it was pulling out of these two countries.
Aranda arrived at Brico Dépôt in 2005 as head of HR and moved to the Kingfisher headquarters in the UK in 2016. He returned to Spain in April 2018 to take up the new role.
