In 2020, the IPM Essen will be held on the completely modernised exhibition grounds for the first time. Eight large exhibition halls on one level, equipped with the latest infrastructure, the Galeria and Hall 1A will offer room for more than 1 500 exhibitors from almost 50 nations. Also for the first time, visitors will also be able to reach the world's leading horticultural trade fair 2020 through the new East Glass Foyer as an entrance. The neighbour France will present itself as the official partner country.
Messe Essen highlights the numerous national stands as unique at the international horticulture trade fair: in 2020, Turkey will return to the world's leading trade fair with 220 m² of exhibition space. Guatemala will also present itself again after a year's break. Lithuania is planning its own national stand. Other countries have confirmed their participation: Belgium, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Great Britain, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Hungary and the USA will present new solutions and innovations. The International Horticulture Forum will be dedicated to the partner country of France. The 38th IPM Essen will take place from 28 to 31 January 2020.
