The German fair organiser Messe Frankfurt will not host any physical trade shows in Frankfurt before the end of March 2021. The fairs affected are Heimtextil, the fair trio of Christmasworld, Paperworld and Creativeworld, and the ISH. Most of these are being postponed. The exhibition company has opted for this move as the latest developments in the pandemic unfortunately generate growing uncertainty among trade show customers, against the background of a fresh tightening-up of official restrictions and above all of internal company travel restrictions.
Heimtextil 2021 has been put back from January to 4 to 7 May 2021. It will then run in parallel with Techtextil and Texprocess 2021 in Frankfurt.
The Ambiente, Christmasworld and Paperworld shows will be staged as a joint event called the International Consumer Goods Show - Special Edition in Frankfurt am Main from 17 to 20 April 2021. The physical event will be complemented by digital offerings of the Consumer Goods Digital Days. The purely digital offering of Creativeworld will be found here also, as the physical show will be suspended as a one-off in 2021. The ISH will also be a purely digital event in 2021.
