Expo F in Panama with a DIY workshop and a conference

America Expo Group, the organisers of the Expo F International Trade Fair for Hardware and Tools in Panama, have announced two programme items for the supporting programme on the day of the trade fair. There will be a DIY workshop and a conference on the topic of "Digital manufacturing: Fab Lab Network". The two programme items will be delivered by the heads of Fab Lab Panama, Matthew Hotsko (founder) and Montserrat Ciges (instructor). The trade fair will take place from 20 to 22 September.
Fab Lab Panama at EcoStudio is an NGO that offers experiences in emerging technology, design thinking and science. Since 2017, EcoStudio has been taking part in the global network of manufacturing laboratories, established by the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), to give access to quality tools to everybody in Panama. Fab Lab Network is a platform for innovation, which aims to stimulate local entrepreneurship covering 30 countries.
