Scotts International now called Evergreen Garden Care

Scotts International is now trading as Evergreen Garden Care. The former international Scotts Miracle-Gro Company was acquired back in September 2017 by Exponent Private Equity. According to a press release, the associated change of name is a clear indicator of the new ownership and a strategic reorientation.
The company markets plant care and protection products under brands including Substral, Nexa Lotte, Roundup, Miracle-Gro, Fertiligène, Pokon and Osmocote. It is regarded as a leading supplier in Europe and the products are sold in Great Britain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland and Scandinavia as well as Australia and New Zealand. Wherever Scotts is used as the brand name, such as in Australia, this will remain unchanged.
